Specifically designed for landfill gas, our PurePac-LFG upgraders ensures high-quality purification. For landfill gas, we employ a dual approach, combining vacuum swing adsorption (VSA) technology with membrane technology. This effectively removes impurities, enhances the gas quality, and ensures high-quality purification. Our in-house technology results in optimal upgrading for landfill gas, catering to a wide range of purification needs.

PurePac-LFG landfill gas upgrader

The PurePac-LFG is our landfill gas upgrader to purify landfill gas. Upgrading is an attractive alternative to generating electricity and heat through a combined heat and power (CHP) system. The high-tech systems are an essential add-on for all types of new and existing landfills. With the addition of our CO2 liquefaction system, sustainability and revenue can be further increased by producing liquid food-grade bioCO2. Further improving the efficiency of the landfill gas upgrading process and the carbon intensity (CI) score.

UltraLow-E: Lowest electrical consumption

Control system

Through our smart operating system we ensure that all our landfill gas upgrading systems are running smoothly and can inject  biomethane into grid within a few minutes after start-up. Simultenously this ensures the highest up-time and allows for the methane range to be quickly adjusted without disconnecting from the grid. Continuous monitoring and actively adjusting the flow and quality results in a stable quality of biomethane and low maintenance.
