Manure to RNG

This indoor biogas upgrading system is part of Green Create’s waste-to-value plant in Wijster, Netherlands. At this plant, poultry manure is anaerobically digested into biogas and the biogas is upgraded into renewable natural gas with our PurePac Grand biogas upgrader. Annually, the renewable energy facility converts 136,500 tons of manure into 20 million Nm3 of biomethane. This is equivalent to the yearly gas usage of 13,400 Dutch households.
