Biogas upgrading near Barcelona, Spain
Biogas upgrading project in the region of Barcelona, Spain is boosting biomethane production with renewable natural gas generated from organic waste streams.
RNG from multiple waste streams
The project is located in the region of Barcelona, Spain and produces biomethane from multiple waste streams. Two waste streams from a municipality waste stream and from a wastewater treatment plant stream, are anaerobically digested into biogas. This mixed biogas stream is purified by the biogas upgrader to biomethane and fed into the grid.
