First biogas upgrading plant in Hungary to build by Bright biomethane
For this project, Bright cooperates with local partner Omnis Epito Kft., who is the construction partner of Biogaz Unio Zrt., the largest player in the biogas industry in Hungary.
First biogas upgrader
“We are developing a power-to-gas upgrade directly connected to an existing biogas plant. This upgrade will be first in the line in Hungary and in Europe, both regarding its industrial size and the method of feeding it directly with substrate from a biogas plant.” says Zoltan Schwarcz, Project Manager.
Renewable Transition
Bioenergy makes up a large part of the European Union’s renewable energy mix and will continue to do so in the future. Bright Biomethane contributes to the energy transition and ensures the most optimal use and conversion of biogas. Having strong collaboration with local partners, which is key, Bright is looking forward to expanding in Hungary and other Central and Eastern European Countries (CEECs).
“Bright not only provides top tier gas treatment technology but also great sales support and is very passionate about our power-to-gas project. Bright’s gas treatment technology has the absolute preference for any future projects of ours.”
