How it works:

Biogas enters pre-treatment which filters out contaminants, such as H2S and moisture.
Gas is then filtered through three filters. Two remove toxic hydrogen sulfide (H2S) and the third removes VOCs.
Gas is then compressed before entering the membrane system. Heat from the drying, compressing, and cooling is recoverable.
The compressed CH4 and CO2 gas mix then flows through a 3-stage membrane system for separation. Carbon dioxide from this separation process can be liquefied and sold.
Post-treatment, the biomethane is monitored to ensure that all specifications are fulfilled.
